Firefly Beach Cottages have access to one of the few nude beaches in Jamaica that is open to the public. Firefly Beach Cottages has 20 air conditioned rooms available and says "Our ocean-front property opens onto Negril's famous white sand beach, stretching 7 miles along the turquoise Caribbean shoreline. We don't make a big thing out of our being privileged to offer you a clothing optional beach - no fuss - just something that has been here since time immemorial."

FIREFLY COTTAGES NUDE BEACH REPORTS:

  1. We are a family of 6 (soon to be 7). We spent 5 days at Firefly last March and found it to be wonderful. Our children were 8, 5 and 2 years old and the staff treated them as their own. We did leave the 6 month old with grandma in the states. Our children found the experience to be wonderful and were overjoyed to play nude on the beach and in the exceptionally calm and warm ocean. Firefly is not a 5 start hotel or a super-resort but is a very nice, quiet, laid back establishment with no push to join in preplanned activities. You are free to join in the activities as you please or not. We found the staff at Firefly to be super friendly and kind all the while being attentive to customers comfort and needs. The beach is wonderful as are the many glass bottom boats and their operators. We will be returning to Firefly early in 2006 for our 2nd visit - we loved it that much! Firefly is highly recommended for the traveller who wants a quiet visit and a place to relax. We found Firefly to be the place to go if you are a family with children. - TC (December 2005)
