La Joya Nude Beach, Spain

La Joya - Official Nudist Beach

	The very remote La Joya nude beach is located just off the N340 coast road, about 10km southeast of Motril and just past Torrenueva. See the report from Peter Pledger below for detailed directions. This beach is only accessible by climbing down the many steps which have been cut into the hillside. There are no facilities on this beach.

LA JOYA NUDE BEACH REPORTS:

1. This beach is about 30 minutes drive east towards Almeria from Eagle Peak Apartments. It is a little used beach due to the steps down to reach it. There are no facilities on the beach, it is single and sand. From Eagle Peak take the N340 towards Almeria, go past Motril and continue until the next village called Torrenueve. As you exit the village on the right after about 200m you will see a lay-type road leading to Cortigo de la Joya turn off here. After about 60m you should see an electrical sub station on the right, beside the sub-station and hidden by plants is the entrance to the beach.
